The Swami Game Tracker and GPS, from Izzo Golf, is the only Golf GPS with optional game tracking features offering twice the value. The GT delivers the distance information and club selection tips you need to maximize your shot making, and the knowledge you need for continuous game improvement. Use it as a traditional GPS for accurate distances to greens and hazards, or initiate the optional Game Tracker features to capture round data such as score, scoring breakdown (# of pars, birdies, etc.), average distances per club, longest drive, putts per round, greens in regulation, etc. Switch on the Driver Mode to only capture your driving stats, such as average drive, longest drive and number of fairways hit. The unique E-Caddie feature, if activated, will recommend a club based on your GPS position and average club distances. The Game Tracker is powered by NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, with tracker tags affixed to the grip end of each club. These tags work together with the unit’s GPS functionality to transmit and record shot data throughout the round, without any need for manual input. Post-round data can be displayed on the unit itself, or uploaded to the Swami GT online portal for more detailed review and analysis, including an aerial view of your entire round via Google Earth satellite imagery. The unit’s Golf GPS function includes over 35,000 pre-loaded global course maps with no subscription or download fees. At start up, the GT will automatically detect the course you’re playing, and during the round will auto-advance from hole-to-hole in both GPS and Game Tracker modes.
